3. Once your enrollment request is approved, you can schedule and view your own appointments.

NOTICE: You MUST be an existing patient to create an account. Your enrollment request cannot be accepted if you have not yet been seen at our office.

FOR NEW PATIENTS: 

New patients cannot schedule online. Please call (619) 258-1011 to schedule, or reach out to us via our contact form here. We will contact you as soon as possible! Please do not submit PHI (Protected health information) in the form.  After you have completed your first visit at our office, we can enroll you in our online scheduler.
