Meet Manny our Massage Therapist.
Manny Garza is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Holistic Health Provider, dedicated to helping patients recover faster by reducing soft tissue tension. He is well trained in all modalities of massage and offers stretching and cupping in his massage sessions upon request. Manny works closely with our chiropractors to create customized treatment protocols that support spinal adjustments.
Manny's goal is to bridge the gap between muscular health and skeletal alignment, ensuring patients leave feeling restored and balanced.
Cupping: This helps boost the effectiveness of your massage. It is beneficial when combining cuppy & massage for treating tight and overworked areas in the body. It is designed to reduce inflammation and promote muscle recovery
Deep Tissue Massage: Firm pressure targeting deeper muscle layers to release chronic tension and knots.
Therapeutic Massage: Therapeutic massage is a results-driven clinical treatment designed to resolve specific health conditions, reduce chronic pain & improve mobility rater than just providing relaxation.
Sports Massage: Focuses on athletes for recovery, flexibility, and injury prevention. Sport massage is a great recovery tool for those who practice athletics regularly for more than 10 hours a week.
Sports Massage for children: We perform massage sessions for school aged children and teens in the presence of the parent. Soccer players, ballet dancers, gymnasts, track, football and many other sport athletes are all welcome here. You just might run into a fellow student =).
Stretching: Stretching is a technique focused on lengthening muscles to increase flexibility, joint range of motion and mobility. Combined together with massages, it helps improve muscle function and prevent injury.
Prenatal Massage: Gentle massage for our pregnant patients to ease aches, swelling, and improve circulation.
Pre- and Post- Surgery Massage: accelerates healing, by increasing circulation, reducing swelling, bruising and pain. Massage helps flatten, soften, and reduce adhesions in scar tissue.
Swedish Massage: Gentle, long strokes, kneading, and circular movements for general relaxation and circulation.
Hot stone Massage: Uses heated stones to soothe muscles, improve blood flow, and relieve pain.
