Meet Sara with Brinegar Chiropractic & Massage. 

Sara Daly is a passionate Licensed Massage Therapist, dedicated to helping her patients reach their ultimate wellness goals.  Sara believes in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. She is dedicated in supporting women through the physical changes of pregnancy. Sarah works closely with our chiropractors to alleviate pregnancy-related sciatic pain, hip discomfort and chronic headaches. Sara also excels in treating and helping our patients recover after an injury, fall or motor vehicle accident.  She is committed to creating a personalized, patient-centered, and therapeutic environment that promotes both healing and deep relaxation. 

Sara is highly skilled in deep tissue techniques designed to release muscle tension, allowing for easier, more effective chiropractic adjustments. She works closing with our D.C.’s targeting “fibrous adhesions” or chronic “crunchiness” to improve mobility and range of motion. 

Deep Tissue Massage:  Firm pressure targeting deeper muscle layers to release chronic tension and knots. 

Therapeutic Massage:  Therapeutic massage is a results-driven clinical treatment designed to resolve specific health conditions, reduce chronic pain & improve mobility rater than just providing relaxation.

Prenatal Massage: Gentle massage for our pregnant patients to ease aches, swelling, and improve circulation.

Sports Massage:  Focuses on athletes for recovery, flexibility, and injury prevention.  Sport massage is a great recovery tool for those who practice athletics regularly for more than 10 hours a week. 

Sports Massage for children:  We perform massage sessions for school aged children and teens in the presence of the parent. Soccer players, ballet dancers, gymnasts, track, football and many other sport athletes are all welcome here. You just might run into a fellow student =). 

Swedish Massage:  Gentle, long strokes, kneading, and circular movements for general relaxation and circulation. 

Hot stone Massage: Uses heated stones to soothe muscles, improve blood flow, and relieve pain.
